Oscar and his team did a excellent job we have a high end rental property that needed a lot of work. His team painted the entire house re built the deck expanded the kitchen installed appliances, redid trim around doors. Refinished hardwood floors, calked bathrooms, and many other small and big fixes through out the house. All this was done with a tight time line and with excellent quality ,which allowed us to get the house back on the market quickly and get top dollar return. My wife and I are planning on using BME on are future improvements in our own home. I have worked with many contractors over our 20 plus years investing in rental properties and finally have found our go to guy.

BME Construction has become our go-to for remodeling & repair at our home in Arlington. They remodeled a basement bathroom & kitchenette & turned a drab outdated space into a sparkling showplace. The workers were prompt, squared away, and highly communicative. A few months later, we had unexpected & extensive damage to a large privacy fence. BME showed up quickly to assess & provide a reasonable quote. In short order, they did a thorough & attractive rebuild

We had two projects completed by BME Corp in 2023, a deck facelift this past summer and a powder room remodel in September. The deck was refinished with trex materials and turned out awesome. The powder room turned out equally awesome. The gentlemen performing the work were respectful and neat and I had no problem allowing them access which allowed me to work. I would recommend Oscar and company anytime.

In the year since we moved to Washington DC, we've asked BME Corp to make several improvements to our house, including the installation of built in shelves in two different rooms, replacement of kitchen cabinets, installation of a roof access hatch, and painting the exterior of the building. In every case, the work has been done in a very professional manner and to a very high standard. In particular, their shelves they've installed look like they have always been there, matching perfectly with the style of our house. We have found their pricing to be reasonable and transparent, and they're great about cleaning up their work site. Sometimes it can be a challenge to understand the scheduling a project, especially something weather dependent like exterior painting, so if you hire BME, be prepared to check in with them a lot for updates, but you can also expect very good craftsmanship on whatever you ask them to do.

BME did an excellent job making my screened in deck. The team took a lot of care and surprised us with thoughtful detailing and advised of various options available regarding the design and features. We are very thankful for their hard and diligent work!

Over the last two months, we have done several repair work projects on our new house with Oscar. He was fantastic. He listened to our needs, gave us recommendations, was reliable and on time, and handled everything professionally. We plan to work with Oscar on a number if future projects that we have in mind.

BME are the best. We bought a new house in Arlington (new to us--it's an old house) and the BME crew really helped us update it. There isn't a project too big (or too small) for BME to tackle. They did so much for us: installed exhaust fans; wall mounted televisions; installed ceiling fans; installed speakers on our deck; built us a bar; built us some wine racks; installed a custom vanity. But the best thing they did was install some built-in furniture for us. It came out beautiful. BME are real professionals. And they are a joy to work with. The guys are all really nice and really responsive to customer needs and inputs. My only hesitation in recommending them is that I don't want the secret to get out! If they get too busy, they might not be available for my next project!

BME built a screened in porch and stairs on the back of our DC row house. The new porch was an improvement of an existing structure and BME overcame unexpected problems with the old structure. BME's strength was knowledge and experience in construction details which resulted in a very impressive porch. The finished product was excellent, and we love the porch. The only concern was that the one-month project took longer than expected due to issues scheduling material deliveries, crews and inspections. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a vision of what I wanted to do with my deck and pergola and Oscar and his crew made it happen! The transformation was amazing and they returned to make sure everything was perfect. They worked tirelessly through the day for several days in a row to make sure everything was done. Overall a great experience and I have a beautiful new place for outside entertaining.

at BME corp if you are looking for a quality job to be done at your house then they are the people for you. they care for the costumer also they care about every little detail they did a wonderful job on my house I had a bathroom and two bedrooms fixed up. they did all of this at a very reasonable price. I had called other place around at they were saying price they almost made me put the remodeling off but once i found BME corp they came and gave me a price that i could work with and even help me when i had questions about the material that i wanted. over all I highly recommend the BME corp very helpful group of people and reasonable prices.

BME corp did a complete remodel on my home. I was totally satisfied with the scheduling ,process, and work performed. BME even did the design work ,solving difficult problems I had with a corridor kitchen rehab. As a final touch , BME, selected an experienced landscape contractor who did an excellent grounds design and installation. The issue of costs Is important. I obtained estimates for work from multiple contractors: windows, siding, decks, counter tops, even the driveway. In all cases, BME beat the lowest price by a good margin. I saved thousands by choosing BME as the contractor.
